Scope of Work:

Set up PureOps booth in exhibition hall alongside long-time vendor AllChem / Horizon; exhibit for 2 afternoons during conference week; network with attendees and exchange contact information for potential new clients and leads; visit with existing customers, clients, and vendors; give away fun branded promo items and treats; provide attendees with print media including line cards, business cards, and hiring cards; display and promote vendor products and visuals showcasing meter and chemical feed systems.

Additional Information:

Tri-State Seminar features and connects water professionals and organizations across the three states of Arizona, California, and Nevada. In addition to exhibition, Tri-State provides continuing education, professional development, and career building opportunities to over 4,500 attendees annually.

PureOps removes and replaces chlorine pacing valve at a well site in Flagstaff, AZ.

Scope of Work:

Site prep; remove existing equipment; install a new Hydro Instruments OMNI Valve; conduct startup, testing, and staff training

Scope of Supply:

PureOps replaces production well packing gland with mechanical seal, replaces LAKOS Sand Separator, and installs ProMinent chemical dosing pump skids at a domestic water production facility for New Mexico State University.

Scope of Work:

Remove production well packing gland and replace with new mechanical seal to include pulling of well head and motor, custom discharge head machining, resetting discharge head, and testing; Demolish and remove old LAKOS Sand Separator including 12” carbon steel piping, flanges, and on-site fabrication; Remove and replace existing chemical dosing pumps with automated ProMinent chemical pump skids and related piping connections.

• (1) New ProMinent Polyphosphate Dual Pump Skid
• (1) New ProMinent Sodium Hypochlorite Dual Pump Skid

PureOps performs upgrades for Fountain Hills Sanitary District including replacement of smart valves and annual service of ChlorTainer vessels.

Scope of Work:

Remove and replace vessel o-rings; remove and replace chlorine feed lines; repair and re-pack Whitey isolation valves; remove and replace closure locking nut gaskets; grease all lubrication ports and closure mechanisms; remove and replace (3) Regal Smart Valves with new units including vacuum tubing and tubing connectors; pressure and vacuum testing after completed work.

PureOps field crew performs the replacement of an aged and leaking hydropneumatic pressure tank and roof structure at the Vista Real Mobile Home Park.

Scope of Work:

Remove roof over tank building and prepare site for work; isolate wells from distribution system; drain old pressure tank; disconnect existing 2” galvanized steel plumbing from old pressure tank; subcontract with a crane services company for the removal of existing tank; hoist tank out of the station with crane and rigging; grind down and remove steel stand from concrete floor; install new schedule 80 PVC well piping to feed the bank of (4) new bladder tanks; install new 2” copper lines and pro-press fittings on distribution zones; connect distribution zones to the bladder tank manifold; pressure test and disinfect new piping and tanks; return the system back to service for the community; replace old roof with new framing and new roofing materials.

• (4) 185 Elbi Gallon Bladder Tanks
• Various 2” PVC and 2” copper piping, fittings, and isolation valves
• Various ancillary accessories / equipment (well control pressure switch, gauges, conduit, etc.)
• Completely new roofing structure and roofing materials (elastomeric roof system)
