PureOps travels to Fort Worth, TX for the 29th Annual Texas Water Conference to attend, network, and scout.

Scope of Work:

Arrive for check in on the morning of the conference; make rounds to visit each booth within the exhibition hall; visit with current PureOps vendors and customers; scout for potential new leads and clients; attend a dinner sales meeting with Evoqua Water Technologies.

Texas Water is the joint annual conference of the Water Environment Association of Texas and the Texas Section American Water Works Association. It’s the largest regional water conference in the USA.

PureOps installs a complete chlorination system at a resort located in West Texas.

Scope of Work:

PureOps removes old chlorine gas system to include electrical, plumbing, and existing scales; conducts site preparations which includes removal of old mounting panels and hardware; installs new chlorine gas feed equipment, scales, booster pump, and safety shut off system; conducts full startup and training services for the customer; and leaves the site with the new system in working order

PureOps assists Smithco Construction with the engineering and replacement of an existing wet scrubber with a new Dry Scrubber from Purafil (AOC1), including necessary FRP ducting and chlorine gas sensors.

Scope of Work:

Replace old wet scrubber with the new Purafil AOC1 dry scrubber; assist with installation of the FRP ducting; perform startup and training for the end user

PureOps removes and replaces the entire one-ton chlorine gas feed system for the Tolleson WWTP.

Scope of Work:

Coordinate with Tolleson WWTP staff to temporarily inject Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) for disinfection of wastewater during the removal and replacement of current chlorine gas injection system; Remove all obsolete and aged chlorine gas injection equipment including ejectors, vacuum regulators, pacing valves, related plumbing; Install all new equipment and add a safety shutoff system from Halogen to give the operations team an added layer of safety when working with chlorine gas; Replace all of the PVC chlorine gas vacuum lines as well as the chlorine solution manifold by request of the WWTP supervisor while onsite, as the piping was brittle and compromised; Upon complete installation, perform a full startup, testing, and operator training in order to get the plant back online safely; PureOps and the Tolleson team planned to inject temporary Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) for an entire week, however, the service team worked through the night to get the WWTP back online with chlorine gas in 48 hours.
