Water Works

With as much know-how, muscle, or finesse as you need to prevent, troubleshoot, or remedy your water and wastewater issues or to help administer, tune-up, or even outright operate your utility, our tried-and-true, certified water professionals are your water professionals too.

Operator of Record / Operator Services

PureOps got its start as an Operator of Record for small, impoverished water utilities. Today, we continue to care for underserved communities alongside an expanding portfolio of water systems, from a major university and corporate enterprise to a historic tourist town and the world’s first purpose-built commercial spaceport. We particularly specialize in helping water systems that have their own management and/or operators and need anything from a little advice or an extra water professional on a job to full project management or ongoing operator support.

Troubleshooting / Technical Assistance

Even the best utilities need some good old-fashioned help every now and then. With a knack for isolating problems and highest-quality technical service to match, we’re ready to find your problem or otherwise get the job done right. Occasionally our customer’s blush when we help with what appears to be an easy fix (it happens to the best of ‘em), but mostly they admit that we saved them a whole heck of a lot of time, trouble, or treasure (or even that they couldn’t have done it without us). In either case, we mean it when we say for water professionals by water professionals — we’re in it together; we’re better together.

Meter Services

Our beloved specialty is everything meters — meter audits, meter testing, meter calibration, meter repair, and meter installation/changeout. We work more accurately and efficiently than anyone in the Southwest (go ahead, challenge us to a duel), saving you time and money, but more importantly providing you with trustworthy results. As meter O&M is critical to utility revenue, water accounting, and end-customer equity, utilities can’t afford to neglect meter services even in the slightest. Whether you’d like to completely outsource your meter program or simply schedule independent seasonal verification, our world-class meter techs and state-of-the-art equipment are ready for you.

Leak Detection

The sister-service of our flagship meter services — we developed a proficiency for leak detection as a result of responding to customer requests for service over the years. With the technology and techs firmly in place, we now delight to offer leak detection services at large. We’ve deployed for a capital city as part of proactive seasonal work and in response to known or suspected problems at utilities small and large in order to pinpoint leaks and proffer solutions.
